About

I design digital products and improve how the wider service works.

I’m Fidelis, a London-based product designer with experience across global brands, agencies, start-ups and independent products. I’ve worked on customer review journeys at Peloton, self-service onboarding at Kliq and digital experiences for brands including Jaguar Land Rover, KIA, Domino’s and Burger King.

My approach combines design craft with business context. I like understanding how a service works from beginning to end, making requirements and trade-offs visible, and testing important behaviour in real conditions.

Working in traffic management gave me another view of operations. Changing sites, fixed permit windows and team dependencies showed me how one small delay can affect a wider service. That experience led to LessLate.

I’m expanding my practice into service design, business analysis, service improvement and operations. I’m also studying cybersecurity and using LessLate to build practical experience around privacy, risk, evidence and resilience. These are developing areas, so I only claim work I can show and explain.
